Analysis of the Influencing Factors and their Relationship of Public Emergency Diffusion

摘要：

Based on the ubiquity of diffusion process in the public emergency evolution, the paper describes the types of influencing factors of the public emergency diffusion. Then the diffusion modes, the properties and the diffusion dynamic of incidents, together with their types are analyzed respectively. Finally the essay proposes the relationship in the influencing factors of the public emergency.
