Risk control of transportation route choice in the earthquakeemergency logistics planning

摘要：

Develop a decision-making tool that can be used to control the risk of transportation route choice from rescue center to rescue demand point by rescue agencies in planning for earthquake emergency logistics The risk control of transportation route choice problem is formulated as steps and a model that allow for that the most important objective is to rescue injuries and deduce property damage, but not to deduce the cost of transportation after earthquake. Finally, a note is presented to formulate the steps and the model further.
