Information management model of construction schedule risk of high-speed railway project

摘要：

Construction schedule risk of high-speed railway has the characteristics of latency, chain reaction and causality induced, thus the effective prevention and control of risk are the key issue of study on construction schedule management. Based on the analysis of subjective and objective factors of the construction schedule risk, information management model of construction schedule risk and risk-control system of construction schedule were established to achieve the purpose of whole course monitoring, effective decision-making and dynamic control.
