The profit and risk analyses on cooperation innovative of cluster supply chain

摘要：

Cluster supply chain is a new type supply chain organization. Fnterprises in cluster supply chain are located in the same industrial district, with close-knit and high degree of confidence features. These features are helpful to cooperation innovative of cluster supply chain. This paper analyses the different profits and risks of the manufacturer and the supplier by game model in three different cases. The model shows that both sides are actively to carry out cooperation innovation; however, there is great risk of stealing innovation information. The key is to enhance mutual trust, strengthen information exchange in innovation process.
