Study on the model construction of early warning system of patent risk

With the integration of Chinese economy into the world, patent risks are threatening the national industrial economy and economic safety If the patent risks can be identified in advance, the necessary measures will be adopted to eliminate or reduce its influence, so it is urgent to establish an early warning system to forecast the upcoming patent risks Firstly, the necessity of establishing the early warning system of patent risk was discussed, and then three main factors that caused risks were analyzed Based on the discussion and analysis, an early warning system of patent risks was proposed to have three basic functions: forecast the upcoming patent risks, analyze the patent disposition of transnational enterprises; identify and inspect the significant patents. Finally, a basic framework and model which consists of five modules of the early warning system was proposed.
