The using of AHP in the risk measurement of high- tech enterprises human capital investment

摘要：

The weights of the various indicators that forming the high-tech enterprises human capital investment risk forms a weight system. How to determine the weights of the various indicators is the focus of the risk identification and prevention in high-tech enterprise human capital investment. This paper determines the weight of the factors which impacted the high-tech enterprises human capital investment risk by using AHP.
