Research of project risk assessment based on SPA

摘要：

The project risk management is playing a more important role in the project management. In this article, the method of SPA is used in the project risk management. Through analyzing the certain and incertain factors in a project, the systems risk is assessed by set pair analysis The safety and danger are the opposite factors which could become a set pair. According to analysis of the set pair of the safety-danger factors, correlation coefficient will be determined. And at the same time, it can express the systems risk rank. For avoiding the risk of the project, the corresponding measures should be taken to protect the project. Using the set pair analysis method, the result of the projects risk assessment is simple and reasonable, and the information is used effectively.
