Study on Risk Evaluation of the Green Technological Innovation

摘要：

Green technological innovation is becoming a core approach to realize the sustainable development strategy, by gradually replacing the traditional technological innovation. However, green technological innovation has some characteristics, such as uncertainty, high risks and so on. The paper establishes a risk evaluation indexes system of green technological innovation based on system risk and non-system risk. On the basis, rough set theory was used to make a quantitative risk assessment of green technological innovation. This would provide a scientific basis for the management of green technological innovation.
