Study on human resource management risk in enterprise

This paper first analyzes the reasons of enterprise human resource management risk (HRMR). Next, expounds the analysis flow of HRMR. Finally, carries on case study. This paper selects human resource management status of a power generation enterprises as research object, analyses its human resource management risk factors, uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate human resource management risk, carries on analysis on evaluation results, and puts forward policy proposals of preventing and evading the enterprise human resource risk.
