Integrated risk management in highway project

摘要：

Highway project, as a kind of large-scale project, needs a system and methodology to manage the risks so as to keep the project in planned cost, schedule and quality. Integrated risk management is a more corporate and systematic method which can make the result more effective and acceptable. This paper discusses the integrated risk management in highway project in China. After analyzing the particularity and classification of risks of highway project, it points out the objects of integrated management.
