Research on the sources and transfer mechanism of supply chain risks and countermeasures

摘要：

Supply chain risk management (SCRM) is paid more and more attention. From the perspectives of system theory, management and information economics, the paper analyzed the sources of supply chain risks, found out the transmission mechanism of supply chain risks, and finally proposed corresponding prevention countermeasures, which provides new ideas for supply chain risk management.
