Risk Evaluation of Water Conservancy Investment Projects based on TOPSIS Model
Risk evaluation of water conservancy investment projects is a complicated system decision making problem. Combining with the character of water conservancy investment projects risk evaluation, indexes system of risk evaluation is established and the method of computing evaluation index weight which combine analytic hierarchy process method and information entropy method is built. The model of water conservancy investment projects risk evaluation based on Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution is built. The case shows that the TOPSIS model is efficient for risk evaluation of water conservancy investment projects. It is also helpful for risk management to water conservancy investment projects.
