Risk Assessment for the Distribution Channel of the Fast Moving Consumer Goods Based on the Fuzzy Mathematics

摘要：

Based on the fuzzy mathematics multilevel integrated evaluation, the assessment method of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) distribution channel risk has been proposed. This method shows the principle and the index system of the FMCG distribution channel risk assessment. The paper also provides a scientific basis for the enterprises to identify and evaluate the risk with the assessment mode. Then, the paper takes the beverage enterprises as a case to make use of the method in practice. Finally, we draw a conclusion that the theory of this method is correct, and able to be used in the management of the FMCG distribution channel risk.
