Energy-saving Study of a New Air-conditioning of Packing Air Washer
A new air-conditioning of packing air washer is developed. Adding of the packing sect increases the contacting area of water and air, and the effect of purifying and thermal-humidity conditioning is intensified.In the air washer,the operation of dehumidifying and cooling is designed respectively.Cooled water at the temperature between 15℃ and 17℃ is used to treat the air, and so the natural cold source could be used. Even if the refrigerating units should be operated, the coefficient of performance is larger and the power consumption is fewer. The impinging nozzles are applied in the spraying sect, It has characteristics such as block preventing, high efficiency and energy saving.Water contact with air directly so that the purifying effect is quite excellent. The effect of purifying is as well as the effect of a middle efficient filter. But the resistance of the air is less than the middle efficient filter, thus the power consumption of the fan is saved. In the dried region, only one of the functional sects is operated could gain preferably effect of purifying and thermal-humidity conditioning.
