Study on an Experimental Cryosurgery Apparatus

摘要：

The development of cryosurgery apparatus is important for wider application of cryosurgery. This paper proposes an apparatus that utilizes auto-cascade refrigeration system. Experimental studies were carried out.Refrigerant mixtures of R50/R23/R600a were used and optimized for the composition so as to achieve lower temperature and higher capacity. By experiment, the temperature at the cryotip could reach as low as-110℃, and 15W capacity could be obtained at -80℃.
