Simulation and Optimization of a Small Scale Natural Gas Liquefaction Process

Simulation and optimization of a small scale natural gas liquefaction process are carried out in the paper. This liquefaction process owns a feed gas handling capacity of 6000Nm3/d, and can be used for the scattered small natural gas field, remote natural gas field and associated oil field gas. Key parameters of this small scale natural gas liquefaction process are analyzed, and the heat exchanger composite curves are put forward in detail.
