Investigation on Harmonic Vibration in the Resonator of a Pulse Tube Cooler
An analytical method proposed by Matsubara Y is used in order to discuss the performance of a pulse tube cooler in this paper.Based on above simplified method using the equivalent PV work the harmonic vibration of the piston in the resonator of a pulse tube cooler is analyzed.The equation for computing the resonance frequency is deduced. A family of resonance curves is obtained.The analysis shows that the numerical result accord with the experimental result by Matsubara Y.
