Experimental Investigation on Frequency Dependency of Different Regenerators in Tar System
In this paper,the frequency dependency of regenerators with different matrix is investigated in system of loudspeaker-driven thermoacoustic resonator(TAR).Regenerators with different matrix coupled with same resonator present different frequency characteristics. A method for identification of the quality factor of regenerator in TAR system has been verified experimentally.It is demonstrated that the pin-array matrix has the best quality factor and the lowest dissipative performance.
