Analysis of Victims Mental and Behavioral Differences in High-rise Fire
The purpose of this paper is to research the peoples mental and behavioral differences in the different circumstances of high-rise fire. During the initial fire stage, people will appear to be the suspicion, hesitancy and so on. They adopt some behaviors delaying the escape. During the fire development stage, people will appear to be in the disadvantageous mentalities, such as panic, aggregation,positive phototaxis, blenching fatalness, following like sheep, when they rest on the fire floor or the superstratum. At the same time, their behaviors of escape are different from the usual behaviors. The results of the questionnaire indicate that peoples mentalities and behaviors are different, when they rest in the different positions and fire stages.
