Lift Evacuation in High-rise Fires

摘要：

The issue, lift evacuation in high-rise fires nowadays, has drawn lots of attention from both managers of high-rise and experts in public security, who all show great interests since it was put forward. This article is going to give some views for this topic from three aspects that are the urgency of the issue, the significance of the issue and the possibility of the issue.
