Study on the Service-oriented Embedded Numerical Control System

摘要：

The authors analyze the new requirements of the numerical control (NC) in network environment at present and propose a novel architecture of the network NC (NNC). In this architecture,the serviceoriented NC system based embedded technology is the core part,providing abundant functions and more diversified processing abilities through networks. Both the hardware and software structures of the serviceoriented embedded NC system (SOENCS) are presented in the paper. And then the authors focus on the implementation of the software system environment and the NC application system of the SOENCS. At last,the actual processing effects acquired at the remote control terminal are shown. The results indicate that the system can performed well in practice.
