Nutritional components of sweetpotato and their production

People gradually understand the nutritional value of sweetpotato.It contains not only starch,soluble sugar,protein,mineral substance,but also provides healthy components such as dietary fiber,vitamins,chlorogenic acid,anthocyanins,mucoprotein and carotenoids.These healthy ingredients prevent many diseases such as cancer,cardiovascular disease,liver injury,adiposity and so on.Scholars have studied sweetpotato to develop new uses for function food and potential therapy medicine.
