Development and prospect of sweetpotato virus disease in China

摘要：

Simply introduced main kinds of sweetpotato virus diseases in China：sweetpotato feathery mottle virus(SPFMV),sweetpotato latent virus(SPLV),sweetpotato chlorotic fleck virus(SPCFV),sweetpotato virus G(SPVG),sweetpotato mild speckling virus(SPMSV),sweetpotato leaf curl virus (SPLCV).Summarized the principles and characteristics of the main detection technology：biology,serology and molecular biology.At the same time,It given an objective evaluation on the sweetpotato virus resistance breeding.Problem and solution in sweetpotato virus research were djscussed.
