The advanced identification of sweetpotato stem nematode (Ditylenchus destructor)and its key control in China

摘要：

Stem nematode Ditylenchus destructor is a very serious disease on sweetpotato in China,particular in North China,which always caused the loses of 20％-30％,50％,even 80％ or all destroyed of yield in every year.This nematode was mainly infected sweetpotato root tuber,stem and seedling.Sometimes nematosis plant and field abandon in soil and dung infected soil borne too,it may be controlled with Hygiene clear seedling,high cut seedling and stem,rotation crops,or serious field soil with Avm or sulfuryl fluoride to treat the soil,and ecological control.
