Influence of different cultivation managements on organic carbon and nitrate nitrogen of top soil in the Loess Plateau,northwestern China

摘要：

Soil erosion and limited water availability are two main constraints to sustainable crop production syetem in the Loess Plateau.Conservation tillage has become a major soil management strategy to reduce soil erosion and improve soil structure, soil fertility and nutrient cycling on the sustainability of agricultural systems.The objective of this study was to present the effects of a 7‐year conservation tillage on top soil C and nitrate at wheat harvesting in the Loess Plateau.
