Simultaneous determination of purine derivatives and creatinine in ruminant urine by HPLC

摘要：

Urinary purine derivatives ( PD ; allantoin,uric acid,xanthine and hypoxanthine) excretion rate is widely used to predict rumen microbial protein production in ruminant livestock ( Tas et al,2007 ).This paper describes a method of simultaneous determination of PD and creatinine in the urine of ruminant by Reversed Phase‐HPLC.
