Japans Strategy for Science & Technology Innovation and How Shinshu Is Approaching to the Goal Through Global Collaboration

Under the fluidic circumstances of economy,the education system is coming also fluidic,by means of diversification of industrial expansion and change of work style.Popularity of engineering for youth is also declining in many countries,particularly in the field of textile engineering.In this presentation,the importance of the technology and science as a basic engineering science,which is fundamental for various engineering.And an approach that is going on in Shinshu University as a Center of Excellent for more than ten years will be introduced.
