摘要：

The paper analysed the definition of product defect,the items of the quality control and inspection in textiles and apparel,and the foreign recall cases of textiles and apparel.The definition of the textiles and apparel defect in recall in China was discussed.It might be very useful to investigate how to establish the recalling system of defect textiles and apparel in China.
