Management of perceived risk in E-commerce
Although there have been many researches on E-commerce and consumers behavior, few application of research has been made to perceived risk management in E-commerce. A model of of Perceived Risk and Decision Making is set up and the source of perceived risk of E-commerce is explored. The function of DT (Degree of Trust) and perceived risk indicate that consumers perceived risk can be controlled to a certain extent in E-commerce.
