Research on the mechanism of enterprise risk conduction

摘要：

The development of economic globalization has made enterprises face such increasingly diversified risks as strategic risks, financial risks, market risks, operation risks, and legal risks. These risks are closely related to the sustained, healthy and stable development of enterprises. The risk assessment is an important link during the process of risk management. The assessment determines the choice of risk strategy and the control activities. Therefore, in order to thoroughly analyze and accurately assess enterprise risks, one should clarify the mechanism of enterprise risk conduction, inquire how the conduction of enterprise risk are born, how it develops, and which pattern it follows, indentify the carrier, and judge the path. Thus, risks can be better managed and controlled, routes can be cut in time, and wide-ranged risk conduction can be effectively prevented.
