Study on Risk Governance of Core Technology Integration in High-tech Enterprises

摘要：

There are several features for core technology such as more high-yield and high-risk, easy to extend its value, highly relevant to enterprises core competence etc., compared with that of high-tech and general technology. Value of its integration is more while more difficulties exist and risks are greater accordingly. Many different risks can be found for every stage in the entire process of core technology integration by analysis of its operational mechanisms based on the technology life cycle of its process. These risks should be administered more through the comprehensive governance than in control way. A set of comprehensive management measures are put forward such as changing the ideas and concepts of risk, reasonable risk assessment, risk prevention, right risk management methods ,etc. This conclusion is only theoretical, empirical and cases need to be supplemented, tested and further improved.
