The Risk Assessment for Supply Chain Based on ANP

摘要：

The risk assessment of supply chain is studied in this paper. The supply chain is built around the core enterprises. Through the analysis of supply chain systems, three types of risks are recognized, that is, supply risk, demand risk and information risk. Based on this, indicators for assessment systems are built. According to the characteristics of supply chain risks, each risk is assessed by means of ANP, so that the supply chain risks can be averted effectively to enhance the reliability of the supply chain operation.
