A Survey of Routing Protocols for Mobile Ad HOC Networks
Mobile ad hoc networks(MANET)is a kind of wireless network that can be deployed instantly and provide easy network comnlunication without the support of pre-established network infrastructures.such as base stations.This network architecture brings promise of much better mobility and colnlnunication capacity.In order to facilitate conilnunication within the network,a routing protocol is used between a pair of nodes so that message may be delivered in a timely manner.In this article we identifv various techniques used for classifying routing protocols for MANET.Comparisons of their characteristics are given according to their routing strategies and relationships.
