Development of a of grassland property rights system must confront the fragile ecosystem
Preface At present, the definition of a grassland property rights system should include.intensive or.extensive, and this has launched a fierce debate both at home and abroad.Mongolians rely on the customary law that institutional ownership is the use of the grassland, it is based on the ecological symbiotic coupling of the herdsmen and grassland, and building up the institutional guarantee.Such benefits from the use of customary law and ecological values have definitely the amount of reasonability and inevitability.Therefore, in the development of the current grassland property rights system we must not ignore or abandon this tradition.
