On non‐steppe grassland ecological preserve culture on the potential interference with the decision‐making
Since 1977, a series policies have been implemented which aimed at protect grassland ecosystems and promoting socio‐economic development of the local people.Prior to the announcement of these policies are widely consulted experts, and strictly follow through the legislative process after the vote, but the inspection from the grasslands of Inner Mongolia in recent years that the study report, Inner Mongolia grassland ecosystems instead worsen, not only does not meet expectations decision‐ making objectives, but also just spent a lot of national resources, human and technical input.Compared the two, the degradation of the grassland ecosystem, is not due to insufficient capital investment, non‐legislative unfair results, but another deep reasons.This paper intended to tap its potential interference factors, the grasslands of Chinas future decision‐making more in line with its grassland ecosystems at the end of this feature.
