Experience with the community based pasture management in Kyrgyz republic
Toguz Bulak rural municipality, where I am serving as an elected Chairman of the Village Council and Head of the Village Government, is located in the very remote part of the Southern region of the Kyrgyz Republic.This municipality consists of six villages with about 8,500 people living there.The major economic activity is livestock production with about 70‐80% of peoples income derived from it.
