Seed and seedling responses of genotype of Bromus, Agropyron Fusarium avenaceum and F.graminearum in laboratory and natural condition
Material and methods 3 x 25 of the seed samples of each genotype disinfected by detergent material, then were placed in three Petri dishes and inoculated with two level 124 × 104 /ml and 62 × 104 /ml for Fusarium avenaceum and 170 × 104 /ml and 70 × 104 /ml for F.Graminearum.The samples were germinated in a germinator at 20°C with light condition of (1000 lux).The percentage and speed of germination were recorded at days 3, 6,9,12 and 15.According to (Maguire,1962).On days 15th, the shoot and root lengths of seedlings selected at random, were measured according to ( Lekh and Khairwal, 1993 ).The vigour index is measured according to (Abdul‐baki and Anderson, 1973).
