Genetic diversity of Cynodon dactylon in southwest of China by RAPD and ISSR markers

摘要：

There are abundant C. dactylon germplasm resources in China,but little information exists on genetic diversity in the germplasm pool.This study was conducted to detect the genetic diversity of C.dactylon accessions collected from southwest of China (Sichuan, Chongqing,Yunnan, Guizhou and Tibet) by RAPD and ISSR markers.
