Desertification mapping by Iranian Classification of Desertification(ICD) method case study:Kohdasht watershed in Iran

摘要：

In order to challenging with desertification, it is necessary to do some scientific research and assessment in different parts of the world.The results may help to control and reduce the damages resulted from this phenomenon.In many regions of the world especially in arid and semi‐arid ones, studies have been done to assess the land degradation rate, degradation status and mapping.
