摘要：

This study aims to describe and summarize the conditions of China-U. S. entrepreneurship involving in various aspects such as history, culture, ideology and so on. Emphasize upon comparing and analyzing issues or problems about entrepreneurship in China nowadays, and finally provide correlative advices and measures.
