Technology Entrepreneurship:A Survey Analysis of KFUPM Graduates
Technopreneurship plays an important role in enhancing growth and competitiveness in the world of today. Towards this, universities are needed and could make a positive contribution through their graduates. Worldwide, graduates entrepreneurial potential has risen showing an increasing interest in private businesses. In Saudi Arabia, graduates too aspire to make concrete outcome of their education through self-employment and business creation. In support, the 2001-2006 graduates, from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Saudi Arabia, are surveyed. The descriptive analysis provides with interesting information about their interest, inclination as well as technopreneurship development perspectives in the country. The outcome could particularly be useful for education authorities, in Saudi Arabia, and for researchers interested in the field, in general.
