Empirical Research on Influencing Factors of College Students Entrepreneurial Intentions
The understanding of the influencing factors of college students entrepreneurial intentions has great significance for the implementation of entrepreneurship education and guiding college students to venture. In this thesis, the authors survey 10 colleges or universities in Hebei Province of china and analyze the influencing factors of college students entrepreneurial intentions using empirical research methods, and then point out that the individual disposition ( autonomy and achievement orientation) influences college students entrepreneurial intentions greatly, simultaneously, individual awareness of environment ( resource availability, payoff and future employment) influences college students entrepreneurial intentions greatly. Finally, the authors give some suggestions to nurture and guide students entrepreneurial intentions.
