Study on the Relationships among Network,Resources Acquisition and Venture Performance:Based on Chinese Enterprises

摘要：

Resource-based view (RBV) has focused on the characteristics of resources, paying less attention on the relationship between resources acquisition and the way they are acquired. In order to explain performance, entrepreneurship researchers have focused on the firms entrepreneurial network. We believe that network is crucial to resource acquisition. Our findings argue that resources acquisition is positively related to firm performance and that network enhances this relationship.
