The Study on Influencing Factors on the Performance of the Open Innovation of Enterprises
Focusing on the subject of influencing factors on the open innovation of enterprises, this paper tries to grope for ways to improve the performance of open innovation based on external source of innovation in China by controlling those factors. The whole paper is divided into three sections: theoretical discussion, empirical research and study conclusion.In the section of the theoretical discussion, development trend of the research of open innovation is reviewed, which highlights the fact that open innovation is a very important research field which has significant practical significance especially for hi-tech industry.In the second part, the author concludes some factors that influence the open innovation based on external source of innovation in China in terms of enterprise capability, external source of innovation, relationship between enterprise and its external source of innovation, safeguard, and environment.In the last section, the author makes the explanation of the research result and advices on improving the performance of the open innovation activities of hi-tech enterprises based on external source of innovation in China.
