How to Win Competitive Advantage through Disruptive Innovation
This paper takes Shenzhou Computer in China as an example to study the disruptive innovation. And other state-owned companies can learn from it. After introducing the conception of disruptive innovation shortly and taking the Third Dimension of the Disruptive Innovation Model of Christensens Disruptive innovation, the author studies Shenzhou Computers background, incentive and, method as well as the result of innovation. We can draw a conclusion from this study that, in this competitive PC industry Chaos, Shenzhou Computer realizes its disruptive innovation and creates a favorable market performance through grasping market opportunities sensitively , as well as using the ways of disruptive innovation timely.
