The Influence Mechanism of Process Management on Independent Innovation Capability of Corporations:Case Study of Hisense

摘要：

This paper focused on studying the formation and operating mechanism of Hisenses technical innovation system, based on the process management theory. By focusing on the mechanisms such as organizational framework, process control, performance evaluation, communication and motivation as well as coordination in Hisenses technical innovation system, this paper investigated the functions of process management in the formation of independent innovation system, explored how to improve corporations capability of independent innovation with application of process management and searched for the effective management approaches for boosting competitiveness of Chinas household appliance enterprises.
