Making an Insulation Mortar Material Mixed with Paper and Sawdust

Environment-friendly material and products are gradually more needed. Waste paper and saw dust can be an environment-friendly material such as insulation material if we verify that it will be economically made and used. Test molds size of 50mm×50mm×S0mm 3EA per variable have been made for compressive have been made with size of 300mm×300mm×25mm. They are cured under condition of curing temperature (20+--2)0C for 28days. Stripping was done from 24 hours after placing mold mortar. 0.Spercent proportion has less insulation capacity than the case of 0.6 percent but shows better insulation than the other. It is very particular cases that insulation value 0.252 in five(paper) to five(sawdust) proportion of 0.2percent mixing proportion is much higher than in case of four(paper) to six(sawdust) even though there is same mixing proportion of materials added to mortar. 0.4percent mixing proportion into mortar gives minimum insulation capacity in case of eight(paper) to two(sawdust) mixture design. 0.6percent mixing proportion with six(paper) to four(sawdust)mixture into mortar has more insulation capacity 0.382 W/(m.K). From the above analysis, the following has been summarized. They are as follows; 0.6percent material mixture with six(paper) to four(sawdust) shall be recommended to the place where there needs prevention against the potential hazardous area of penetration. 1.0percent mixture of material with paper and sawdust should not be considered as an insulation moerial. Two(paper) and eight(sawdust) of 0.6percent material can be recommended as a good insulation-having material
