Construction of Accidents Pre-warning Mechanism in Industry Enterprise

摘要：

Based on safety system principle and pre-warning theory, this article presents the kernel parts and methods to construct pre-warning mechanism in respect of industry enterprise accidents. And then it expounds the function and working procedure of each section in this pre-warning mechanism. In the end, the article studies the relationship among various elements of the mechanism. In one word, it provides a new mechanism to prevent industrial accidents from happening.
