Research on Fire Safety Countermeasures in Process of Energy Policy Adjustment

摘要：

The adjustment of energy strategy was carried out by national department for the sake of relief on the effect, caused by fluctuation of international energy market, on Chinese economy. By the content of policy strategy adjustment in our country, the existing fire fighting safety issues during this process from the view of energy diversification was analyzed. And, development of petroleum fire accidents since 1950s, as well as the relationship between energy adjustment and fire accidents were studied. On this basis, fire safety countermeasures from 8 perspectives of management system, staff construction, equipments, etc., were put forward, which were of great guiding significance to realize scientific and standardized management of energy fire fighting safety.
