Safety Problems and Precautionary Measures of Fireworks and Firecracker in China

摘要：

According to the full accidents data, the main safety problems in production and management of fireworks and firecracker in China are analyzed in depth. The origin of these accidents has also been studied in this paper which mainly lies in the poor supervision and management of the functional departments of governments and the illegal production of some enterprises without the basic safety in production conditions. And the measures and methods arc put forward for preventing accidents from production and consuming of fureworks and firecracker which include devoting more efforts to attacking illegal production and standard/zing the procedure of production, rectifying and standardizing the order of selling market, strengthening the management of retailing and the check of safety in production and improving productive technology and etc. All these give beneficial reference for safety in production in enterprises.
